Applications

Profitability is highly dependent on leadership involvement – not just the IT department. The study reveals that 21% of businesses have already restructured processes using generative AI, and 28% have appointed the CEO as the AI lead.
Adoption Challenges
Most companies still lack best practices for implementing and scaling AI – such as clear roadmaps, KPI tracking, and communicating its benefits. Only 1% consider their generative AI implementation fully mature. Many are still searching for ways to unlock AI's full potential.
Impact on Employees
About 38% of firms expect AI to have little impact on headcount over the next three years. Workforce reductions are anticipated in customer service and supply chain roles, while IT and product development teams are expected to grow. Half of the companies are already seeking more data analysts.
