Cartonpack 4: Smart packaging 

In the packaging industry, the quality of every detail plays a crucial role. That’s why POINT CZ has invested in the state-of-the-art Cartonpack 4 automated packaging technology, fully compatible with our BOBST Expertfold 80 and BOBST Expertfold 110 lines. This combination allows us to guarantee exceptionally consistent quality, high speed, and strict hygiene standards in processing our clients’ packaging.

Automated quality and unloading process

Cartonpack 4 works with maximum precision. Its fully motorized MATIC system automatically sets all parameters. After folding and gluing, the cartons are automatically placed into shipping containers or boxes according to preset configurations — up to 6 rows and 8 layers, depending on the type of box. This ensures a fully automated unloading process with minimal error rates and maximum repeatability. Thanks to this reliability, Cartonpack 4 is ideal for packaging production orders in the pharmaceutical and food industries, where even a minor error can have serious consequences for the end customer

Speed, ergonomics, and savings

Cartonpack 4 can handle up to 200,000 products per hour. It reduces manual labor, eliminates errors, and ensures that every box leaves the line with identical quality. Operators have easy access to the worktable and container handling, which speeds up changeovers and optimizes the workflow.

Synchronization with Expertfold 80

We chose this packaging module specifically for its flawless compatibility with our BOBST Expertfold 80 and BOBST Expertfold 110 lines. The combination of both technologies creates a comprehensive, automated solution — from folding to packing into boxes — without unnecessary intermediate steps.
